Comparing Alice

During the clip we watched in class it was interesting to see how Burton portrayed the characters in his movie. The Dormouse was very small in the movie when it seemed in the book with the pictures that the dormouse was a decent size and wasn't that small compared to the other characters as well. The hatter was very different in my opinion with the way he acted in the movie which in my opinion i didn't like it at all. In an honest opinion i thought of the Hatter in Burton's story very creepy and freaky. No Thanks. The March Hare was the character i liked the most in the movie clip that we watched i liked that he was very weird and very short with his answers and very cautious with what he said. Alice i picture the same in any format that i see her in. I didn't think she was very different in Burton's movie maybe other than her appearance but overall i viewed her as the same as the book itself. The Tea party in Burton's clip definitly gave me a better view of what the tea party was like in the story. Overall i think Alice and Wonderland is crazy in it self and is a very interesting story.
